What's on my iPad mini? ~ Games (4)

Games that I used to play

Kitchen Scramble Free

My rating: - I used to be obsessed with this game because I just loved the way you could cook all the different recipes and in some way it helped me learn about the food in different parts of the world. However, it really disappointed me to see there comes a point when you can't play anymore unless you pay for it, this because it just becomes impossible to get all the objects they ask you to have in order to keep advancing through the different worlds. Maybe you could do it without spending money, but you'd need to play all the other levels a million times which isn't that fun either. Also, the prices to get cash inside the game are insane. I wish there was something else like this but that you could pay only once for it and had access to all the features. Still, it's a very good game.

LINE PLAY Free

My rating: - I played this game a lot more on my smartphone but at first I also downloaded it on my iPad mini. Still, I got tired of it and now I don't play it anymore. It offers many features and special objects to collect, but it can take time to make coins inside the game ti buy all of that. There are many other things you can do, though: post in a diary, play mini-games, etc.

Happy Mall Story Free

My rating: - This game is very cute but pretty boring. You can play it just entering the game a few times a day to collect the coins and then see if you can buy new stores, but other than that, you can't do anything else... unless you have spare real money to spend. That is the problem with this kind of games: in order to continue playing and actually enjoy it, you have to spend a lot of money throughout a long period of time. I'd rather pay a small fee for a complete game. I still love the art of this game, though: it's beyond lovely!

Whale Trail Free

My rating: - Whale Trail used to be one of my favorite games to play on my sister's iPad and when got my own, I also downloaded and played a lot. I really used to loved it but got tired of it at some point and stopped playing. Maybe I could come back to it as a game for a quick break but right now it's not in my iPad. Also, something to mention is that you can buy many of the objects without necessarily spending real money on the game. That's cool nowadays.

Emily's Wardrobe Free

My rating: - This is another very cute dress-up game that I used to like a lot, until I discovered Chibi Me (All-time favorite games). I still think it's lovely but don't play it anymore. They accessories you have are pretty limited.

Strawberry Shortcake: Berry Rush Free

My rating: - This is one of the games I used to play to have a quick break and loved it was pretty simple and had beautiful landscapes and art. I got tired after a few times since you weren't able of saving your score. I recently saw there was an update and you can do it now, but I'm not interested anymore.

Despicable Me: Minion Rush Free

My rating: - Minion Rush is a great game on its own, but as mentioned a couple of times already, in order to keep advancing through the levels it becomes necessary to spend real money and that's when it loses all its beauty for me. Of course I understand that's what these kind of games are made for, but I particularly don't enjoy playing over and over again the same thing just to be able to play other new levels.

Papa's Wingeria HD $2.99

My rating: - I used to be a big fan of the "Papa's" series and my sister gifted this game when I got my iPad mini. Unfortunately, at that point I wasn't enjoying these games anymore and Wingeria was never my favorite. Still, it's a great game in the series.

Pixel Wizard Free

My rating: - I finished this game a lot of time ago before the new update they made, but when I came back to see it I really didn't like it. I stay with the old version of Pixel Wizard which was fabulous.

MUJO Free

My rating: - I'm not sure how is it that I decided to give a chance to this game since it's not the kind of playing I like, but when I did I got caught by it and played a lot. However, as expected, that didn't last long. A very good game in its genre.

Goat! Free

My rating: - Goat! might not seem like so, but it's very enjoyable and challenging. I really liked to play when I still had it on my iPad. I had to get rid of it after I needed space to download other apps but it's definitely one that I could play again at some point.

Watercolors Free

My rating: - Watercolors is an amazing game which requires to think a lot to be able to beat each level. I used to love it a lot but then stopped playing for a while until I forgot about it. I'd still highly recommend it.

Mr Jump Free

My rating: - Mr Jump is very fun but super difficult. I could only beat the first level, and maybe I could have kept trying but I don't have that much time to spare. I must accept it's a nice idea for a game but after getting very frustrated with it I don't think I'll ever play it again.

Run Bird Run Free

My rating: - This used to be one of my favorite games for a quick break but as usual, it stopped being fun after a while. I really like the characters and how challenging it can get, though.
